Makeup jewelry for this particular prom dress?

in the black is the prom dress i’m getting. i’m unsure of what makeup accessories to use with this dress…hair, as well.
any suggestions on what makeup and jewelry to pair with this dress would be fantastic, as for hair, i’ve got medium length, fine hair and i’m not sure what to do with that, either.
